Warehouse Facilities Janitor (Porter) - 1st Shift

Chelten House Products, Inc. is a fourth-generation, family-owned food industry manufacturer located in Swedesboro, New Jersey. We are recognized for our pasta sauces, salad dressings, salsas, ketchup, and other sauces and blends.

Position Details:

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm
• Benefits: Union medical, vision, dental; paid holidays and time off; supplemental benefits including life insurance and 401(k); team training and advancement; accessible leadership
• Pay rate: Union hourly rate of $19.59

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of warehouse floors, walls, handrails, doorways, and restrooms
• Window cleaning and trash disposal
• Use of compactor, floor scrubber, vacuum, and shop-vac
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months recent experience in facility cleaning/maintenance/porter roles
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8 hours
• Experience with a pallet jack is preferred
• Reliable transportation required
