Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Warehouse, Equipment, & Facilities Technician to support restoration operations. The role includes warehouse organization, equipment servicing, vehicle maintenance coordination, and outdoor campus upkeep, including lawn care.

The ideal candidate is hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to handle indoor and outdoor tasks with minimal supervision. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, valid driver's license, and independent

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or equipment maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of restoration and mitigation equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required).
• Must be over the age of 25.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Pull, prepare, and stage supplies, tools, and materials for restoration projects.
• Track inventory levels and restock supplies.
• Inspect, test, and maintain mitigation equipment.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and readiness for job sites.
• Perform lawn care and outdoor maintenance for facilities.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and deliveries.
