Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse and distribution operations.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in general equipment maintenance.
• Certification in Power-Truck Equipment Operation.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for equipment, consumables, and logistics across branches and jobsites
• Manage and maintain warehouse inventories, including monthly consumables and annual assets
• Fulfill outbound orders, assemble shipments, and staff laydown yards for Area Wide Events (AWE)
• Ensure warehouse safety, organization, and cleanliness through Lean 5S processes
• Maintain equipment standards, perform basic repairs, troubleshoot issues, and manage large-loss fleet readiness
• Receive, inspect, and accurately track inbound inventory; prepare reports and reconcile discrepancies
• Identify parts needs, manage orders, and advise on cost-effective inventory replenishment
• Train warehouse personnel on equipment maintenance and operational procedures
