Purpose of Role

This role has big-time impact! Participates in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. Performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials Responsible for lift truck operation and/or manual tasks associated with the processing of orders.

We count on our Teammates to:
o Comfortable learning and utilizing powered equipment to include forklifts and palate jacks
o Comfortable learning and using electronic devices to include RF scanners
o Work with UA product to ensure they are in necessary locations
o Maintain safe and organized working environment

You’ll be considered a top candidate if you also have:
o Previous work experience (preferred, not required), particularly in a distribution center role

Your Impact
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, keep workstations neat, sweep, dust and mop.
  • Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
  • Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
  • Assists with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas.
  • Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks.
  • Use powered equipment to retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to safely operate powered machinery. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent years of experience.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to pass forklift operator training and receive certification.
  • 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.

  • Must reside within commuting distance of the Mt. Juliet facility.
