Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is hiring a Special Equipment Operator 5 to load/unload products, document shipments, and operate forklifts and related equipment. The role requires adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, with safety meetings and continuous improvement.

Night shift differential applies, and a $1,500 retention bonus is offered for new hires and qualifying rehires. Starting pay is $22.13 per hour, progressing to $22.74 at six months, with benefits beginning

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) including clamp truck and man lift.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow sanitation and quality standards.
• Able to complete necessary inbound/outbound paperwork and RFID/paperwork processes.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product to and from customers.
• Documentation of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Operate PIT, clamp truck, RF units, and basic maintenance tasks.
