Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 7pm-7am shift. You will help ensure safe operation and repair of production equipment across packaging lines to maintain reliability and quality.

Responsibilities include electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, replacements per work orders, and maintenance record-keeping. Open interviews weekly; includes a $2,000 hiring bonus (Direct Hire only).

Responsibilities

• Work safely and promote safety among team members.
• Troubleshoot and repair production and support equipment.
• Replace electrical/mechanical components per work orders.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per checklists.
• Install equipment per work orders.
• Maintain records of maintenance actions.
• Provide training and guidance to less-skilled team members.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, sanitation and quality policies.
• Support Lean, 5S, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Stop any process not meeting food safety or quality requirements.
