Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience (factory/plant experience a plus).
• Ability to pass forklift and equipment certification.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality as scheduled.
• Provide outstanding customer service during customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks) following safety protocols.
• Receive, sort, and store stock to optimize space and organization.
• Pick and prepare orders to meet shipping deadlines.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
• Provide outstanding customer service during customer pick-ups.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate customer concerns and requests to management in a timely manner.
• Support opening and closing procedures and key holder duties.
