Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to load, unload, move, stack and stage products for shipment to stores. You will operate a forklift and other power equipment, maintain a neat work area, and ensure safe, efficient handling of merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires 2–5 years recent experience, fluent English, strong customer service, basic math, and attention to detail. Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Strong customer service skills essential.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Forklift Certification (Class IV or V) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments safely from trailers/containers.
• Stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Transport product to designated areas as directed.
• Prepare product for shipment accurately as scheduled.
• Operate equipment safely following procedures.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
• Maintain clean warehouse and loading areas.
• Participate in safety trainings and process improvements.
