Job summary

CVS Health is seeking dependable Machine Operators for our Distribution Center to safely load, move, and position freight using forklifts and other powered equipment. The role includes supporting cross-dock and consolidation to ensure efficient product flow in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with a standard 40-hour week (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM). Commitment to safety and quality is essential, along with the ability to obtain and maintain equipment certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification on warehouse powered equipment.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with team lift.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime or weekends during peak periods.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wire-guided vehicles, and other powered equipment.
• Move and position freight onto trailers safely and efficiently; verify trailer size and load requirements.
• Inspect products for damage, verify SKUs and quantities, and support inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and loaders to support efficient workflow.
• Perform basic cross-dock and consolidation tasks to maximize pallet capacity.
