CVS Pharmacy, Inc. is seeking dependable Equipment Operators to join our Fredericksburg, VA team. You will operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks) to pick and move bulk merchandise and ensure safe, accurate order fulfillment.

This full-time role offers 45 hours weekly with full benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, holiday differential, and employee discount. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks) to pick/move bulk merchandise.
• Read and interpret store orders including item location, descriptions, and quantity.
• Maintain safety by performing equipment checks and using proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment to pick and move bulk merchandise cases.
• Read and interpret store orders including item location, descriptions, and quantity.
• Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
• Perform preliminary safety checks on equipment before use.
• Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
