Lingo Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Equipment Operator in Plainfield, IN to safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers in a fast-paced warehouse. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining strict safety standards.

Candidates should have prior forklift experience and be willing to obtain certification if needed, with a schedule Monday–Friday and occasional overtime. Pay is $17/hour with potential overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating sit-down forklifts, reach trucks and cherry pickers is required.
• Forklift certification is preferred; willingness to complete training or certification if needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other equipment safely.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
• Move, stage, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Perform equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
