Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking dependable warehouse associates with forklift experience for Plainfield, IN. These contract-to-hire roles offer a 90-day conversion period and start ASAP. The shift runs 1pm–9:30pm with a pay rate of $17.50/hour; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, picking and packing orders, verifying shipments, and using RF scanners. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and have at least six months forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months forklift experience required; experience on other industrial equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Contract-to-hire role with a 90-day conversion period.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and perform non-equipment warehouse tasks
• Complete certification and on-site training
• Pick, assemble, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Verify items and quantities against shipping documents
• Process shipment paperwork per instructions
• Use RF scanners for order picking and put-away
• Assist with other warehouse functions and cover for teammates
• Perform additional duties as assigned
