Atterro is seeking an Equipment Operator in Cranbury, NJ, to safely operate forklifts and manage material movement in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will load/unload items, verify inventory with RF scanners, and assist with shipping and receiving. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to work with multiple teams to hit daily targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts.
• Load, unload, move, stage, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, replenish, and verify inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Prepare, pack, and process orders for domestic and international shipment.
• Verify product quantities, labels, and shipping documentation for accuracy.
• Transport materials safely between warehouse locations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Assist with inventory counts, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and warehouse procedures.
• Work closely with Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, and Operations teams to meet daily productivity goals.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedules:

• Sunday – Wednesday | 6 AM – 4:30 PM
• Wednesday – Saturday | 6 AM – 4 PM
• Monday – Friday | 4:30 PM – 1 AM
• Overtime may be available based on business needs

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to climb on and off material handling equipment safely.

What You Will Do

As a Equipment Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations.
