Westin Group is hiring for a Warehouse Associate – Equipment Operator in Midway, GA. The role focuses on operating cherry pickers and other warehouse machinery, ensuring accurate order picking, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 lbs, read labels and work with RF scanners, contributing to a safe, efficient distribution team. Shift is Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00am–4:30pm, offering hands-on, growth-oriented work.

Qualifications

• Experience using warehouse equipment (Cherry Picker, Reach Lift, Turret Forklift).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout shift.
• Familiar with shipping/receiving processes and warehouse flow.
• RF scanner experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate cherry pickers, pallet jacks, reach lifts, and turret trucks.
• Use warehouse management system to ensure order accuracy and inventory control.
• Lift, move, stack, and organize products up to 50 lbs.
• Perform routine equipment and safety checks.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse workspace.
• Pick orders with RF scanners and tag labels accurately.
