Job summary

Midway Staffing is hiring for a Warehouse Equipment Operator on 2nd shift in McDonough, GA. You will safely operate Electric Pallet Rider and other warehouse equipment, perform case picking, staging, and order preparation for shipment.

Role requires 1–2 years of equipment operation, RF/WMS proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds in a non-climate-controlled environment. Strong attendance and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience operating warehouse equipment (Electric Pallet Rider, Cherry Picker, forklifts).
• Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent attendance and safety-minded approach required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an Electric Pallet Rider and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Accurately case pick customer orders while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Meet or exceed production standards after training while ensuring order accuracy.
• Stage and prepare orders for shipment.
• Inspect orders for accuracy and pallet configuration.
• Complete load/unload and shipping tasks with accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory using RF scanners and WMS.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
