Job summary

REI is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to help safely move products through our Distribution Center in Goodyear, AZ. This full-time on-site role uses forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks and RF handheld devices to support our operations and uphold REI's safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of warehouse equipment experience, can lift 20–30 lbs (up to 65 lbs with adjustments), works 10-hour shifts, and collaborates well in a team while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience using warehouse equipment (forklift, order picker).
• Experience with RF handheld equipment.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30+ ft.

• Safely handle product and Distribution Center equipment.
• Work well in a team-based environment.
• Flexible, with the ability to navigate different departments based on business need.
