Job summary

REI Co-op is hiring a part-time Warehouse Associate in Goodyear, AZ. You will support the distribution center by picking, receiving, packing, and preparing bicycles and other goods for shipment.

The role may involve operating power equipment after training and certification, and requires reliable attendance and the ability to multitask across areas. You should have prior warehouse experience, familiarity with RF systems or computer-based processes, and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with computer systems and RF equipment.
• Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements.
• Ability to work safely and maintain personal and team safety.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to work in multiple areas as trained.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across REI teams.

Responsibilities

• Move product accurately and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
