Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks Equipment Operators for a leading logistics and warehousing client in Washington, MO. You will operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, assist in picking and packing, and help with loading and material movement.

No prior experience required; training provided. Day shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime possible. Competitive hourly pay of $18.50–$19.50 and benefits after a waiting period including medical, dental, life, disability, and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Operate high rise forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (for certain positions).
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and timely.
• Assist in loading and hauling materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Support team members in daily warehouse operations and tasks.
