Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Employee to join our team. You will load, stock, and prepare orders, ensure accurate inventory, and support route drivers as needed.

Daily tasks include using warehouse equipment, checking product dates, maintaining a clean, safe work environment, and transporting coffee and supplies to customers within a 30-100 mile radius. This role offers starting hourly pay of $17.00–$20.00 plus benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years.
• Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per day.

Responsibilities

• Load and inventory product and equipment orders.
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests to fill customer orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with procedures and regulations.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklift.
• Check dates and pull expired products.
• Drive company vans/trucks 30–100 miles daily to customers.

What You’ll Be Doing – The Role

As Warehouse employee, you complete shipments by processing and loading orders. Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Serves as back up to Route Drivers.

What You'll Be Doing – The Role

• Load and accurately inventory product and equipment orders.
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests to fill customer orders.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Safely use warehouse equipment, including forklift, and perform basic repairs on coffee machines.
• Check dates on product and pull all expired products.
• Serves as back up to Route Drivers.
• Drive company-owned vans and trucks 30 to 100 miles daily to transport products and equipment to customers.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll bring – The Person:

• Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years
• Past driving experience preferred
• Repeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per day.
