Job summary

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. in Orlando, FL seeks a Warehouse Supervisor & EHS to direct warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity while leading a team.

The role also oversees EHS compliance for the facility, conducts training, incident investigations, and collaborates with Operations and Engineering to improve processes while maintaining cost and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have ERP/MRP transaction experience and Excel.
• Working knowledge of EHS, OSHA.
• Familiarity with hazardous materials management, ergonomics, and radiation safety.
• CSP, CIH, CFM, FMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Lead, train, and mentor team members to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, enforcing safety protocols.
• Coordinate material flow with management, purchasing, planning, and production teams.
• Update material locations and inventory records within Costpoint.
• Oversee EHS activities for manufacturing operations, including RF testing and hazardous materials handling.
• Lead incident investigations and communicate lessons learned.
• Drive improvement initiatives and track EHS performance metrics.
