Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor to integrate safety into daily operations and build a world-class safety culture at the facility.

The role includes audits, incident investigations, training, and metrics, with a 7am–3:30pm shift (Tue–Sat) and occasional city-limits travel. Requires ASP/CSP and 4+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• ASP or CSP certification required.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse health and safety operations.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and guide hourly employees and salaried leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS initiatives, audits, and inspections at the facility.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Provide EHS training to employees and leadership; monitor program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations, workers’ compensation, and safety teams to support business needs.
