Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse associate to perform loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, and related tasks. The role includes operating a company vehicle over 10,001 GVW as part of duties, with an MVR check required.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, inventory checks, and maintaining records, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and on-site work. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy items are expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
• Familiarity with Flatbeds, box trucks, strapping, and tie-downs
• Familiarity with Forklift/Moffet

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, and transport goods.
• Operate forklift or other machinery.
• Drive company vehicles as needed; non-CDL.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain records.
• Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
