Job summary

White Cap is seeking a logistics-oriented associate to perform specialized warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, order pulling, and driving a company or personal vehicle (non-DOT) as needed. A valid driver’s license is required and an acceptable MVR will be used to qualify candidates.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, stock management, and routine safety inspections. This is an on-site role with typical warehouse duties and occasional heavy lifting up to 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 0–2 years in area of responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, sort, pick, stock, stage, fabricate and transport items.
• Inspect against orders, report shortages and damages.
• File orders for delivery; store supplies and equipment properly.
• Operate forklift or other machinery as needed.
• Drive company or personal vehicles (non-DOT) for stock pickup or delivery; act as emergency driver when needed.
• Perform routine vehicle and equipment checks for safety.
• Maintain records according to company policies.
