Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse associate to perform loading/unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, and related tasks. The role includes operating a company vehicle over a specified GVW and may require occasional deliveries to customers.

The position requires compliance with an MVR check and a valid driver’s license, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency in a dynamic warehouse environment. HS/ GED is preferred with 0-2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in warehouse or related area.

Responsibilities

• Complete loading, unloading, picking, stocking, and transportation of goods.
• Operate forklift or other machinery as required.
• Check items against purchase orders and packing slips; report shortages or damages.
• Drive company vehicles to pick up stock or deliver materials; assist as emergency driver (non-CDL).
• Prepare and maintain records per company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
