Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving history.
• Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Ability to operate company vehicles appropriate to assigned duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Ability to lift boxes and stand for extended periods.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with driving duties to support warehouse operations and deliveries.
• Load, unload, and secure products for safe transport.
• Complete deliveries and pickups as directed by management.
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and confirmations.
• Support general warehouse production, picking, and packing.
• Operate company vehicles as assigned (CDL not required).
• Set up and operate heat press equipment for names, numbers, logos, and other customizations.
• Position transfers and inspect finished products for quality and proper placement.
• Follow production instructions and QA standards.
• Enter order information into systems.
• Clean and organize equipment and work areas.
• Work with team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
