Job summary

Soccer Village in Blue Ash, OH is hiring full-time Warehouse Production Associates to join our fulfillment team. You will support daily warehouse and production operations, including order processing, customization, picking, packing, quality control, and shipping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for full-time positions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Ability to lift boxes and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus.
• Previous heat press or CAD cutting experience is highly desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process customization requests for club, high school, and college soccer uniforms.
• Pick and organize materials needed to complete customer orders.
• Pack finished products and prepare orders for shipment and delivery.
• Enter order information into computer systems and maintain accurate records.
• Review orders for accuracy and ensure projects are completed according to established deadlines.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent, high-quality work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to meet daily production and fulfillment goals.
• Set up and operate heat press equipment to apply names, numbers, logos, and other customizations.
• Accurately position transfers and inspect finished products for quality and proper placement.
• Follow production instructions and established quality standards.
• Enter order information into the appropriate systems.
• Perform routine cleaning and organization of equipment and work areas.
• Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and fulfillment deadlines.
