Job summary

Refrigeration Supplies Distributor seeks a dedicated Warehouse/Driver to manage shipping, receiving, and coordination of deliveries in Van Nuys, CA. The role supports efficient, accurate order fulfillment and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle loading/unloading, paperwork, and communication with carriers, while ensuring safety and professionalism. A valid license and ability to work overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Computer skills or knowledge of a computer order entry system.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs., with assistance for heavier lifts.
• Long standing shifts and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving merchandise.
• Loading and unloading of trucks.
• Verify contents against records and paperwork.
• Coordinate with purchasing on shortages/overages.
• Prepare shipping documents and bills of lading.
• Maintain inventory and housekeeping in warehouse.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment as required.
• Ensure safety rules are followed.
