Job summary

MultiSales is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support end-to-end logistics in La Palma, CA. You will manage incoming shipments, inventory stocking, and outgoing orders, ensuring accurate receiving, safe storage, and efficient packing for customers.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, inspecting goods, labeling, picking with handheld scanners, using ERP system, maintaining safety, and reporting hazards. DOT certification and prior shipping/receiving experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• At least 3 years of warehouse shipping/receiving, fulfillment, or retail stocking experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments by unloading trucks, verify delivery receipts, and inspect goods for damage.
• Unpack, label, and stock shelves according to the warehouse system.
• Pick products accurately from shelves using picking lists or handheld scanners.
• Ensure merchandise is safely packed and labeled for outbound shipping.
• Maintain safety; follow protocols and report hazards.
