Job Overview

Job Duties

• Collaborate with the Warehouse Associate to inspect, label, and record incoming shipments to help get the job completed.
• Complete requested orders and record outgoing materials.
• Own the organizational piece of the warehouse.
• Operate forklift, Microsoft Office, and SAP program.
• Demonstrate a passion for being self‑driven.
• Assist with maintaining the warehouse, inventory, and tools.
• Promote safety and cleanliness in the warehouse environment.
• Assist with yearly physical inventory counts (1‑2 shifts per year).

We are looking for a dedicated individual who would be assisting with maintaining the warehouse, inventory, and tools. You will also play a pivotal role to the operations day‑to‑day by being the champion at delivering parts, materials, and tools to job sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of experience in a warehouse environment and/or as a truck driver; high school diploma preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and experience operating a motor vehicle.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to work with and receive instructions from a wide variety of individuals.
• General forklift experience; forklift certification required.
• Experience driving, loading, and securing the load on a large flatbed or lift‑gate truck.
• Preferred familiarity with the area between Olympia and Everett.
• Safety‑toe boots, non‑skid, high ankle boots; all other PPE is provided.

Compensation

Annual Base Pay Range: $43,400 – $57,015. The compensation package will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, the business strategy, and additional factors such as skills, experience, and location.

Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
