Job summary

KONE Americas in Redmond, WA is hiring a Warehouse Driver to join our logistics team. You will support receiving, labeling and recording shipments, load and unload, and deliver parts, materials and tools to job sites with safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of warehouse or truck driving experience, a valid driver’s license, forklift certification, and comfort with forklift operation, SAP and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is preferred and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

1+ year of warehouse or truck driving experience.
Valid driver’s license and forklift experience/certification.
Comfort with operating a forklift and loading/unloading shipments.
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

Inspect, label and record incoming shipments.
Complete requested orders and record outgoing materials.
Deliver parts, materials and tools to job sites.
Promote safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.
Assist with yearly inventory counts (1–2 shifts per year).

Job Duties

As our Warehouse Driver, we are looking for a dedicatedindividualwho would be assisting with maintaining thewarehouse, inventory, and tools. You will also play a pivotal role to the operations day-to-day bybeing the championat delivering parts, materials, and tools to job sites and perform the essential functions listed below:

You willbring 1+ year(s) of experience in a warehouse environment and/or as a truck driver to KONE. High school diploma preferred.

Other Listed Duties:

Promotes safety and cleanliness in a warehouse environment.
Assists with yearly physical inventory counts (1-2 shifts per year).

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors:

Valid driver’s license and experience operating motor vehicle - as well as enjoys driving!
Interpersonal skills necessary to work with and receive instructions from a wide variety of individuals.
Expectation of general forklift experience; a forklift certification required.
Experience/comfort level driving, loading, and securing the load on a large flatbed, lift gate truck.
Preferred familiarity with the area between Olympia and Everett (as routes are often self-managed, and efficiency is key to completing the work).
Must have: safety toe boots, non-skid, high ankle boots. All other PPE is provided. A safety-first mindset is critical!

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $55,000.00 – $57,015. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
