This Warehouse Driver Associate Job Is for You, If You Enjoy:

Delivering items by preparing, loading, unloading, and operating a truck from our warehouse located in Bloomington to Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport.

Your Team is counting on you as a Warehouse Driver to:

1. Provide flexibility to work any shift, early morning, any day of the week, including weekends & holidays.
2. Work a Full-Time schedule.

Warehouse Driver Associate Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepares truck for operation by inspecting general condition, checking fluid levels and tire pressure, and validating adherence to road ability standards.
2. Loads truck by ordering, placing, and securing items.
3. Delivers items by identifying destinations, operating the truck, unloading items, and maintaining the schedule to the airport terminals.
4. Pulls replenishment orders in the warehouse.
5. Delivers the warehouse product to the stores.
6. Stocks drinks and snacks in the stores.
7. Maintains truck operating efficiency by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and obtaining/scheduling required repairs.
8. Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations; cleans truck exterior and interior.
9. Maintains delivery, truck, and driving records by obtaining receipt acknowledgments, recording tracking information, and completing driver log and truck performance forms.
10. Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities.
11. Protects all company assets in the warehouse including non-stock merchandise.
12. Provides a safe and clean environment for warehouse personnel.
13. Places stock orders as required.
14. Counts and receives incoming merchandise; reports shortages/overages to management in a timely manner, before required deadlines.
15. Counts and completes all appropriate paperwork for merchandise returns to vendors.
16. Provides ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor.
17. Isolates, sorts, and organizes all damaged and outdated products for subsequent supplier credits and returns.

Required Qualifications:

1. 1+ year experience driving box trucks (24"-26” ft).
2. A valid state driver’s license with an excellent driving record is required, No CDL required.
3. Good communication and data entry skills.
4. Strong scheduling and travel logistics skills.
5. Be customer-focused and deadline-oriented.
6. Acute vision.
7. Ability to continually lift, lower, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
8. Ability to continuously stand and walk long distances for 6-8 hours.
9. Ability to work flexible hours: early mornings-weekends-holidays and in a fast-paced environment.
10. Be dependable and punctual.
11. Be able to successfully clear a FBI fingerprint-based criminal history records check.
12. Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
13. High School Diploma or equivalent.
