Schedule: Compressed 12-hour days

Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Location: Fishkill, NY

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Deliver and pick up parts within the EFK facility according to schedule to meet customer requirements.
2. Use forklift or pallet jack for staging and movement of goods.
3. Load and unload delivery trucks at both ends of the delivery process.
4. Act as an ambassador when interacting with customers, maintaining a professional demeanor.
5. Use Oracle RF software for processing deliveries and receipts of goods.
6. Ensure all vehicle documents are complete, up to date, and available in the truck, including personal ID, insurance, registration, inspection logs, and other legal or site-required documentation.
7. Adhere strictly to all corporate EH&S, HR, and site protocols and procedures.
8. Maintain and follow 5S+ (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) and safety standards in the warehouse and supporting equipment.
9. Learn and follow proper PPE protocols and micro-contamination procedures in cleanroom environments.

Requirements:

1. Must have a valid US State Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Pass a background check and drug test.
4. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
5. Ability to lift 35 lbs. throughout the shift.
6. Prior delivery driving and customer service experience required.
7. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

Preferred:

1. Experience with box trucks.
2. Forklift experience.
