Job summary

R.E. Michel Company is seeking a Warehouse/Driver in Lewistown, PA to support branch operations through loading, delivery and customer service. You will operate material handling equipment, follow DOT regulations, and contribute to a safe, efficient team environment.

The role requires a valid driver's license, meeting 5-year driving record criteria, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and forklift operation. Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory5-year driving record.
• Ability to pass required DOT physical and operate a forklift (must be at least 18 years old).
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate material handling equipment and vehicles to fulfill orders and make deliveries to customer locations.

• Maintain a satisfactory driving record and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient branch operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in computer operations and Prophet 21 software.
• Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions.
• Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift.

Work Environment
