Job summary

PCI Group is seeking a Warehouse Support to join our Warehouse team in Irving, TX. You will move printed rolls, load/unload trucks, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure inventory accuracy using ERP and RF tools.

The candidate must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, read and write in English, hold a valid driver''s license, and support other departments to maintain production flow while keeping the workspace organized and safe.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and 3+ years driving experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience with or willingness to learn ERP systems and RF scanning tools.
• Must be able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Move printed rolls to inserters following shift lead or manager directions.
• Supply inserter operators with materials (OE, BREs, Inserts, Pallets, Trays, Sleeves) as needed.
• Move completed jobs to designated locations and remove surplus materials from inserters.
• Maintain floor and warehouse cleanliness; dispose of waste properly.
• Ensure machines have adequate materials to avoid production delays.
• Drive the van to USPS and other pickup/delivery locations when scheduled.
• Perform inventory transactions using ERP, RF scanners and desktop PCs.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and process returned items.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Communicate missing or low materials to prevent delays.
• Assist with shredding or secure disposal of paper waste.

Position: Warehouse Support

Reports to: Warehouse and Inventory Manager

Department: Warehouse

Classification: Overtime Eligible

Job Summary

This position requires individuals to perform various warehouse duties, such as but not limited to providing correct materials and postal supplies to inserters, moving printed and completed jobs to designated areas, maintaining the inserters running, operating Forklifts, Clamps, Manual and Electric pallet jacks, loading and unloading trucks, keeping the floor and warehouse organized and clean.

General Duties/Responsibilities

• Move printed rolls to inserters following shift lead or manager directions.
• Answer inserter operators requests and supply them with appropriate materials including OE, BREs, Inserts, Pallets, Trays, Sleeves as well as any other item needed.
• Move completed jobs to designated locations and remove materials or supplies not needed from inserters.
• Remove and replace full hampers of garbage, cardboard and paper wastes - and maintain the floor and warehouse clean and organized.
• Assure machines do not lack needed and required materials or supplies
• Drive the VAN to the USPS including for other pick-ups and deliveries when scheduled or needed.
• Operate Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklifts, as well as manual and electric pallet jacks, to transport goods safely.
• Perform system transactions for the receipt, storage, and movement of inventory using ERP systems, RF scan guns, and desktop computers.
• Perform inventory cycle counts when needed and accurately process all returned inventory items.
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Communicate any missing or low materials to manager to avoid production delays.
• Assist with shredding or secure disposal of paper waste as required.
• Support other departments as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Comply with all current and future safety, security, and compliance policies and procedures.
• Complete basic employee functions in ADP such as clocking in/out, requesting PTO, and responding to emails.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Valid Drivers License with 3 years of driving experience.
• Must meet all state/federal employment eligibility requirements.
• Ability to read, write in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus.
• Experience with or willingness to learn ERP systems and RF scanning tools.
• Must be able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
