Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a detail‑oriented General Maintenance Associate to manage production, sortation, and distribution of system‑generated documents essential for daily warehouse operations. You will ensure timely delivery of reports, labels, and billings to support store order processing in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires operating printers and terminals, coordinating with management and support teams, and maintaining daily logs and inventories to support efficient order

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to operate terminals, PCs, IBM printers, and related equipment.
• Strong telephone communication skills.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variation.

Responsibilities

• Operate printers, terminals, and computers to generate documents and reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cadence.
• Drop store orders, create new store setups, and manage batch printing and holds.
• Complete and update the daily Operations Plan and balance workload between RX and Front Store.
• Sort and distribute printed documents to appropriate supervisors and offices.
• Troubleshoot billing interruptions by communicating with management and data support teams.
• Contact vendors for equipment repairs and notify supervisors of maintenance needs.
• Submit technical tickets and keep management informed of issues or delays.
• Communicate downtime impacts promptly and reprioritize as needed.
• Maintain on-site inventory and send weekly reports to corporate.
• Log downtime events to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Process rush orders and respond to corporate requests for timely handling.
• Process new hire and separation documents and RX re-bills.
• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot IBM and SATO printers and related hardware.
