Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years transportation, warehouse, and/or loading dock experience.
• Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse and dock operations, maintaining order and safety in the warehouse and dock for all items being loaded or unloaded.
• Supervise forklift operation and safety regulations; supervise scales and recording of weights.
• Supervise baler operations and ensure proper baling procedures.
• Direct all incoming material to proper staging areas to preserve saleable items.
• Oversee all personnel, ensuring appropriate behavior and language on dock.
• Supervise loading/unloading of ARC trucks and CCC units and bale trucks.
• Guide beneficiaries on work therapy assignments in the warehouse and dock.
• Cover Production/General Supervisor duties in their absence.
• Support work therapy program by providing professional conduct, work habits, and supervision as directed.
