Warehouse Distribution Technician - 2nd Shift

As a Warehouse Technician, your role is vital in the production team, performing tasks in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will work under the guidance of Senior/Lead Technicians, starting with basic tasks and learning more complex ones over time. This position ensures operational efficiency and quality standards are met.

Warehouse-specific Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, manage clinical site drug returns and samples
• Store all warehouse inventory properly
• Conduct inventory tasks such as weekly replenishments, managing excess & obsolete inventory, and adjusting min/max levels
• Coordinate discard processes for expired or unavailable inventory
• Manage order processing and material staging for packaging and labeling
• Provide emergency cold vault coverage when needed
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

General Responsibilities:

• Maintain current cGMP and safety training as required
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety regulations in all activities
• Report quality issues or non-conformance promptly
• Complete documentation accurately following GDP
• Be available for occasional overtime and weekend work
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations

Working Conditions:

• Stand or walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks

Qualifications:

• Associate degree with 3-5 years of warehouse experience or High School Diploma with 5-7 years of experience
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment and following SOPs
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical writing experience
• Experience with deviation management or change controls
• Experience with SAP
• Quick learner and adaptable to new processes
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and technology
• Strong organizational skills

Position is second shift, full-time, Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, with overtime as needed. Flexibility to work on 1st shift or split shifts during training is required. Candidates should reside within commuting distance of West Point, PA.
