Job summary

Owens & Minor Distribution Inc. is hiring a Distribution Teammate - Equipment Operator to perform warehouse tasks across receiving, picking, sortation, and loading. You will unload inbound shipments, count and verify products, and prepare items for outbound trucks.

The role requires ability to use RF scanners, Voice Pick Technology, and pallet jacks, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and pace in a fast-paced DC environment.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic topics (math, reading, basic accounting, typing).
• Prior experience in warehouse/distribution center preferred.
• Warehouse/Operations certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unloads pallets and cases from inbound trailers using pallet jack and RF equipment.
• Receives and counts product, verifies quantities, and documents variances.
• Selects products by Voice Pick Technology and RF scanner and places items into totes.
