Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Operator in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in a distribution warehouse environment and proficiency in using electronic warehouse management systems (EWM) like SAP and RF scanners.

The ideal candidate should be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to operate various Powered Industrial Trucks. Candidates should also be prepared to work a structured 24/7 shift schedule including overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Warehouse Distribution Operator needs 5-7 yrs of experience are required within a distribution warehouse environment

Warehouse Distribution Operator requires:
Experience working with an electronic warehouse management system (EWM) such as SAP, Exacta and RF scanners.

• 3-5 years experience operating a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (Swing reach truck, stand-up, cherry picker, Rider pallet jack, and a Sit-down) The position will require the use of two or more of the different Power Industrial Equipment (PIT).
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be flexible and willing to be cross trained to perform multiple assignments.
• Must be willing to work overtime with little to no notice.
• Must be reliable and have a good work attendance history.
• Basic computer skills, with the capability to learn in more detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be willing to work a portion of the workday in a chilled environment (36-46F)
• Standing, lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and bending are required.
• Shifts structure 24/7 schedule (3 work shifts, 2 off shifts, 2 work shifts, 3 off shifts). 12hours shifts. 6.00pm/6.00am. Shift structure may vary depending on business needs.
