Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment in Stockton, CA. You will guide the team, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency while meeting production goals.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years of supervisory distribution experience, and forklift certification. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for business and safety purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of proven distribution supervisory experience desired.
• Good organization, leadership, and time‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptive learner who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
• Positive attitude, team player and/or independent worker.
• Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relations with people in different functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production efforts and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate, productive environment to meet customer service standards.
• Supervise daily procedures and allocate workload for timely completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff; assist in onboarding new employees.
• Communicate with departments, vendors, and staff to coordinate activities.
• Assist in other departments to ensure smooth warehouse flow.
