Job summary

This 12-month position reports to the Assistant Director and requires at least two years in distribution/warehouse ops, including delivery driving, with a valid Minnesota license.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of distribution/warehouse operations experience, including at least one year of delivery driving.
• Valid Minnesota Class D Driver's License with clean record for past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and coordinates work of distribution staff to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinates daily warehouse, receiving, inventory and distribution activities to meet priorities and service expectations.
• Prioritizes workloads and reallocates resources to changing operational demands and emergencies.
• Resolves delivery, inventory, equipment and customer issues.
• Communicates across warehouse staff, drivers, school personnel, vendors, and districts to support operations.
