Job summary

Techead is seeking a Warehouse Deployment Specialist for an on-site contract role in Indianapolis, IN. The position pays $18–$20 per hour and requires a warehouse background with an interest in IT and deployments.

The role involves preparing work sites, asset tagging and imaging Chromebooks, inventory management, and documenting production orders to meet service levels. This is an hourly, on-site opportunity with potential benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Interest in IT and Deployments.
• Coachable attitude with excellent critical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast paced environment.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a 5 panel drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work site by obtaining and delivering equipment, tools, supplies, and materials.
• Identifies and verifies shipments against purchase orders, receiving new parts into inventory, stages inventory according to company standards, reports inventory variances, and participates in physical inventories.
• Manage, maintain, follow and update as required authorized product services workflows and ensure execution of these workflows fall within CTS Quality standards.
• Pulls and stages orders from inventory.
• Labels customer assets, including the careful application and recording of asset tags to create critical asset records for our customers.
• Responsible for asset tagging, imaging and enrolling Chromebooks for client.
• Tracking, monitoring, and providing updates and complete documentation for open production work orders to ensure service levels are met.
• Participates in regular staff meetings and communicates relevant information.
• Ability to understand complex instructions and work independently.
• Customer facing CTS representative for troubleshooting, updates, questions requiring customer interaction.
• Occasional drives to client site
