Burke is seeking a Warehouse Department Lead for the 3rd shift at our Fond du Lac, WI headquarters. This role leads daily warehouse operations, coaches a team, and drives safe, efficient production of playground equipment for communities worldwide.
You will manage staffing, monitor workflow, and report on daily performance while upholding 6S cleanliness and high-quality standards. A distribution center background and ERP experience are preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel and be able to reach with your hands and arms. On a regular basis, we will need you to be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and be able to stand for up to 8-10 hours.
