Encore is seeking a Warehouse and Driver Technician in Texas to split time between non-CDL driving and warehouse duties. You will manage shipping, receiving, QC, and inventory; drive routes safely, load/unload, and verify orders.

Use forklifts, perform inspections, and maintain accurate logs while upholding safety standards. Requirements include a HS diploma, 21+ to drive, 1–3 years in warehousing, GVWR under 26,001 lbs, valid license with 2+ years driving, and comfort with GPS and RF-based WMS

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ to drive Encore trucks.
• 1–3 years in a warehouse environment.
• Drive GVWR under 26,001 lbs.
• Clean driving record and valid license with 2+ years driving.
• General vehicle inspection and maintenance knowledge.
• Proficient with GPS and routing systems.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Receive, ship and label product; pick and pack orders for delivery.
• Perform basic quality control and inventory checks.
• Drive Encore trucks on defined routes; maintain schedules.
• Load/unload goods; verify orders during delivery and pickup.
• Ensure cargo is secured and follow traffic laws.
• Complete trip logs per regional requirements.
• Process shipments via internal fleet; operate forklifts as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and cross-team collaboration.
