Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver for the Platt team in Casper, WY. The role involves accurate order filling, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping, with up to 50% driving to deliver to customers, branches, and suppliers. No CDL required, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

The position supports warehouse transactions, equipment upkeep, and meeting company standards for safety and productivity. 21+ age, valid license, and DOT compliance are required.

Competenze

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Verification of non-expired medical certificate within 30 days of hire.
• No suspended license in past 3 years.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Mansioni

• Safely receive materials and verify against packing lists.
• Keep incoming orders stocked and organized; report freight damage.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct quantities of product are shipped.
• Process shipment paperwork and ensure proper delivery documentation.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine as needed.
• Load and unload vehicles; drive deliveries up to 50% of time.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and notify supervisor of repairs.
• Follow DOT and local driving laws and regulations.
• May train entry-level truck drivers and provide coaching.
