Job summary

Rexel USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver I for the Platt team in Butte, MT. This role combines warehouse duties with a driving component, including the potential to deliver to customers and branch locations. CDL is not required, and safety, accuracy, and productivity are emphasized.

The position requires strict adherence to DOT and state driving laws, with opportunities to operate a delivery vehicle up to half the time. No CDL is needed, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive material and verify quantity against packing lists
• Stock and organize incoming materials
• Prepare branch orders for shipment
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and related equipment when required
• Deliver products to customers and company locations up to 50% of the time (No CDL required)
• Inspect and maintain equipment and daily vehicle inspections
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper documentation is completed at delivery (signatures, packing lists)
• Assist in training entry-level drivers and provide mentorship
