Job summary

Rexel USA, a leading electrical distribution company, seeks a Branch Driver for its Platt team in Billings, MT. The role focuses on delivering products in a delivery van or box truck, performing daily vehicle inspections, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment and documentation.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, following safety rules, and assisting in order preparation when needed. This position requires a valid license, 21+ years age, and compliance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Must attend company driver training if no prior experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Must obtain non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• No suspended licenses for past 3 years; no at-fault accidents in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, branch/warehouse locations, and suppliers in a van or box truck.
• Inspect vehicle daily and complete inspection report; keep vehicle clean and maintained.
• Follow DOT, local, and state driving laws.
• Load/unload and verify material correctness and condition for each order.
• Complete delivery documentation with customer signature, packing lists, and manifests.
• May assist in preparing orders for delivery and returns processing.
