U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. is seeking a Back Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our Wyomissing location. You will receive, verify, and organize materials, prepare orders for delivery, and assist with driver duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and warehouse experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; DOT compliance; and a customer-service mindset to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Customer service skills with driving and warehouse experience are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, sort, and organize incoming materials and deliveries.
• Check in stock, perform put-away, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or will-call with accuracy.
• Organize routes, prepare manifests, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and related equipment safely.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks; assist with returns or discrepancies.
• Provide driver coverage as needed to support customer deliveries.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
