Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver for the Mayer team in Dothan, AL. The role focuses on accurately filling customer orders, receiving and shipping materials, and maintaining warehouse safety and organization.

A driving component up to 50% of the time is involved, with no CDL required. Experience is not strictly required; forklift certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review required.
• Must not have recent accidents or suspensions affecting driving eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, and ship materials per SOPs.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment as needed.
• Deliver products to customers and company locations (up to 50% of time).
• Maintain branch warehouse environment and perform routine inspections.
• Complete shipment paperwork and ensure correct documentation.
