Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Ashland, VA is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Virginia team. You will stage, load, and unload shipments, manage inventory, and help ensure accurate deliveries while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, forklift certification, ability to lift 70 lbs, and prior warehouse experience. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and meet deadlines.
• Forklift certified and warehouse/assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and unload materials.
• Safely operate company vehicles to make multiple customer deliveries throughout the week within Latham's Virginia distribution footprint.
• Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments by examining contents and comparing them with manifests or packing lists.
• Notify the Warehouse Manager of any problems, such as damage or shortages.
• Observe and follow all safety standards and processes.
• Propose process improvements; implement methods that improve efficiency/effectiveness and reduce costs.
